KOLDVEIN offers no general product warranty and makes no coverage-period claim. Products are sourced from suppliers and inspected before handover. If a genuine manufacturing defect appears after delivery, contact us with the order number and a description, and we will raise it with the supplier. Anything beyond that — accidental damage, wear, modification — is outside what we can act on.
