KOLDVEIN does not offer a general product warranty, nor do we claim or advertise any arbitrary long-term coverage period of our own.
Pre-Dispatch Quality Inspection
All featured hardware pieces are sourced directly from premier global suppliers and manufacturing facilities, undergoing standard quality and structural inspection by them prior to packaging and international dispatch.
Genuine Manufacturing Defect Resolution
If an authentic manufacturing defect surfaces in the hardware upon delivery, contact us immediately with your order reference number and an exact description of the issue (accompanied by photos or videos). We promptly escalate the claim with the primary manufacturer to rule in your favor and secure your rights.
Exclusions from Liability & Coverage
Anything outside authentic manufacturing defects falls entirely outside our mandate and cannot be compensated or serviced under any circumstances:
