KOLDVEIN does not operate a change-of-mind or trial-period return scheme. Every unit is inspected before handover, and you are welcome to inspect it yourself at that moment. The single case we act on is a genuine manufacturing defect found after delivery — write to us with the order number and what the unit does, and we will take it from there with the supplier. No other return promise is made on this site.
