Contract Nature: Purchasing Agency Model
We do not store merchandise in local warehouses; KOLDVEIN operates strictly as an authorized 'Purchasing Agent' acting directly on your behalf.
Upon confirming your order and completing payment, you formally empower us to procure the chosen unit directly from verified international suppliers and manufacturers and dispatch it directly to your address.
The total listed price on our store includes: original component cost, international freight charges, and our nominal agency fee for facilitating sourcing and transit.
Payment & Order Confirmation Policy
Under our purchasing agency framework, order processing requires 100% advance electronic payment via the encrypted payment gateways integrated into our platform.
Once payment is verified and the order is locked with the external manufacturer, cancellations or specification changes cannot be granted, as the hardware is booked and customized exclusively for you.
Shipping & Transit Windows
Estimated delivery times range between 14 to 20 business days, depending on supplier production schedules and international carrier throughput.
We commit to providing a real-time Tracking Number as soon as generated by the international courier service so you can monitor your transit milestones.
KOLDVEIN bears no liability for unexpected delays caused by customs clearance hold-ups, weather disruptions, or force majeure, but remains fully dedicated to following up until your parcel arrives.
Return & Replacement Policy
Because each unit is ordered, imported, and custom-dispatched under your name from abroad, returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference are not permitted.
Eligible Cases:Returns or full replacements are honored solely if: (1) The unit arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, or (2) The received hardware differs substantially in model or core specifications from your confirmed order.
Claim Window & Evidence:Any hardware issue must be reported within 3 days of confirmed parcel delivery, supported with comprehensive photos and unboxing/testing video documentation so our team can immediately open a claim with the supplier.
Product Specifications & Information Fidelity
We strive to portray product dimensions, finishes, and technical telemetry with utmost precision; however, monitor calibration variances mean 100% exact color reproduction cannot be unconditionally guaranteed.
We reserve the right to revise pricing, withdraw items, or adjust component specifications based on factory availability without advance warning (orders already confirmed and paid remain unaffected and protected).
Legal Disclaimer & Liability Limits
Pro-tier gaming peripherals and performance hardware are deployed at the user's sole discretion. KOLDVEIN disclaims liability for indirect damages, operational data loss, or peripheral malfunctions caused by physical misuse, overclocking outside specs, or third-party device incompatibility.
Amendments to Contract Terms
KOLDVEIN reserves the prerogative to update, modify, or append these Terms & Conditions whenever operational mandates evolve. Your continued utilization of the platform following updates represents contractual agreement with the modified terms.
